Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number and opening date clearly indicated on the bottom left-hand side of the front of the envelope. Bids will be opened and read aloud at El Zocalo Plaza, Suite 1A, 264 Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM 87004 at 11:00 a.m. MST, Thursday, March 5, 2026.
